How it works
Easy as 1, 2, 3.
Three to five minutes a day — about as much time as brushing your teeth.
Slip on finger
Insert your index finger through the round opening until it reaches the inner mark. The slit fits your finger snugly.
Place beneath tongue
Slowly insert the TongueGym into the lower part of the mouth, as far back as is comfortably possible.
Lift & push
Use the round tips to lift the tongue. Gradually work up to 20 lifts per session, 3–5 times a day.

About this product
How is this better than just using my fingers?
TongueGym is sized to fit the mouth's anatomy, has a slip-free finger grip, and the round tips lift the tongue more precisely than a fingertip can. It's also far more hygienic — especially when working in a baby's mouth.
How often should I replace it?
After one full month of daily use, or once you've completed a prescribed exercise regimen. If your regimen lasts longer, swap in a fresh unit each month for hygiene.
How do I clean it?
Before and after each use, wash with lukewarm water and mild soap. Do not boil, microwave, or run through a dishwasher.
Is it safe for newborns?
Yes — TongueGym was developed specifically for users from 2 days old and upwards. The ergonomic design is sized for the smallest mouths and the materials are BPA-free and medical-grade. We always recommend consulting your pediatrician or IBCLC first.
